Software Developer / Support Technician
As the successful candidate you will become an integral part of a small development & support team
working primarily on our Eureka Stock Control & Retail Management software and associated
modules. Based in our Irvinestown offices you will be involved in the development & support of our
existing Delphi based application, and development & support of our new C#/.NET based
applications.
The role includes :-
- Telephone & remote support of our bespoke & packaged software products
- Software development & testing under guidance from a Senior Developer
- Development of Documentation and Support Knowledge Base / Web site content
- General IT telephone support
- Onsite installation / training
(Travel to customer sites in Ireland and UK mainland may be an occasional requirement)
