Eureka Officially Launched at Avery Berkel

In March 2007 LCCS and Avery Berkel officially launched the latest version of Eureka which works in conjunction with Avery's M-Series scale hardware.

It is called MX-Eureka and it is a 'business management' alternative to those customers who want more from the computer system linked to their scales.

Currently most businesses use 'scale management' utilities to perform functions such as changing  product pricing and to pull back sales totals at the end of the day. 

Eureka is all that and so much more besides. 

It's purpose is to allow business managers/owners to get the information they need about their sales, product margins, stock, costs, cashier performance and more in order to make the key decisions affecting profitability.

  Avery customers who already have M-Series scales, and who may currently run MX400 or simlar 'scale management' tools, can have MX-Eureka without the need to upgrade their hardware with the obvious cost saving.

  We are currently working with Avery to extract sales information from the scales in real-time allowing us to link to established security camera systems.  This helps to protect your business in that you can then see what is happening at each scale at any time.

  Many existing Eureka customers use the software as the core product for their business. Eureka manages all the scales, stock control, etc. and other custom-written software has been created to allow other aspects of the same businesses to be managed all under a single system.
