Bespoke Development Services
Our Developers are Microsoft Certified and have many years experience in the development
of software solutions. We develop predominately using the Microsoft C# language with
the industry standard Microsoft SQL Server as the backend database server.
As a member of the Microsoft Partner Programme we have access to all necessary resources
to enable us keep up to date with the latest development tools & technologies.
When providing a software solution we are often able to tailor our software to suit

Alternatively, if you require something completely unique we can spec, design, develop
and implement an entire bespoke system for your business.
Bespoke development projects usually follow the following process :-
- Analysis & Specification. We will spend time with you and your
staff finding out what will be required of the software and how it should integrate
with your existing business & IT systems. This will be formally presented as
a Project Requirements document.
- Design. On large projects our Developers will design the system
and present a formal Design Specification document. On smaller projects the design
will often form part of the analysis & specification phase.
- Development. The system will be developed by our Development Team
. On large projects there will be regular Client Briefings to ensure you are kept
updated with progress. We will also require regular input from you to ensure development
is progressing along the correct path.
- Training. Prior to and during implementation of the system there
will usually be a period of training for staff who will use the software.
- Implementation. With the implementation of any major software system
we always offer onsite "live cover" as the system goes "live" and users start
using it for real. We consider it important that we are on hand to deal with any
minor issues as they arise in the first few days of use.
- Support. Following a successful implementation our Support Team
will be on hand to provide support to users in the event of any issues arising.
