Office Administrator
As the successful candidate you will become an integral part of a small and highly focused team –
assisting with clerical & administrative duties.
The role includes :-
- General filing, letters, secretarial work.
- Preparing customer quotations and invoices.
- Collating and filing supplier invoices.
- Purchasing / ordering from suppliers. Sourcing equipment and checking prices.
- Assisting with making routine travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Processing directors expenses / paperwork, etc.
- Arranging deliveries, mail shots and distribution of promotional material.
- Answering telephone, screening callers, relay messages, greet visitors.
- Implementation and operation of clerical procedures to improve efficiency.
