Office Administrator


As the successful candidate you will become an integral part of a small and highly focused team – assisting with clerical & administrative duties.

The role includes :-
  • General filing, letters, secretarial work.
  • Preparing customer quotations and invoices.
  • Collating and filing supplier invoices.
  • Purchasing / ordering from suppliers. Sourcing equipment and checking prices.
  • Assisting with making routine travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Processing directors expenses / paperwork, etc.
  • Arranging deliveries, mail shots and distribution of promotional material.
  • Answering telephone, screening callers, relay messages, greet visitors.
  • Implementation and operation of clerical procedures to improve efficiency.
Location: Irvinestown, Co. Fermanagh.
Employment Type: Part Time Position
Salary Band: Commensurate with experience
