From 1st January 2009 our office/support hours will be changing as follows :-

Out of hours service is provided on a "best endeavour" basis and although not guaranteed we will make every effort to return your call as quickly as possible.

The standard rate of VAT will be changing from 17.5% to 15.0% from 1st December 2008 – reverting to 17.5% on 1st January 2010. Sales of products which are zero-rated or reduced-rated are not affected.

We will be exhibiting again at the FARMA conference this year. If you're going to be at the show please plan and call with us - we hope to be demonstrating several exciting new additions to the Eureka product range.

Our office & support department will be closed for a regional Bank Holiday weekend on Saturday 12th July & Monday 14th July. We’re now pretty settled in our “home” at Tullynagarn, Co Fermanagh – if you’re visiting the beautiful west coast of Ireland please do come and visit! The move is almost complete - with just some decor issues to resolve (!) and the installation of our new phone system currently underway which should help improve the reliability & call quality when speaking with our support engineers.

We’re always pleased when we have the opportunity to meet Eureka clients in person – however Eureka users really do span the length and breadth of the UK & Ireland, and with the majority of LCCS staff based in our Ireland Office this isn’t always possible. So – here’s a few snapshots you can use to put a “face to the name” and find out a bit more about some of the key LCCS personnel.

We are considering the possibility of running some regional “Eureka Seminars” for Care Pack Subscribers in the next 12 months – do let us know if this is something you would be interested in. And of course we will be in Harrogate in June for the Guild of Fine Food Exhibition and would be really pleased to meet with all our clients and potential clients there.

We now have two new telephone numbers which you can use to get in touch with our office or support team. These are a Local Rate 0845 number - and a UK Geographic Number.

 

0845 257 0829 (Local Rate)

Charged at a standard "local rate". This is the best number to use if you are calling from the UK on a standard land line. Call costs will vary depending on your package but should be around 4p per minute.

 

028 9099 8450 (Geographic Number)

A normal geographic number (Northern Ireland) - costs will vary depending on your location but this number can be useful if calling from a mobile which includes geographic numbers in a talk plan.

 

0870 068 7503 (National Rate)

Our original number - calls charged at "national rate" - usually around 8p per minute.

Our office will be closed on Friday 21st & Monday 24th March for the Easter bank/public holidays. However we will be operating a voicemail support service for Care Pack Subscribers who have an urgent support issue.

If you have a support incident and require our attention please leave a message on our voicemail system. This will be forwarded automatically to our "on call" team who will endeavour to return your call as quickly as possible.

We will resume normal operation on Tuesday 25th March.

PS - Please note that such out of hours service is outside the terms of our support agreement and is provided on a best endeavour basis only.
