Management Team

We’re always pleased when we have the opportunity to meet Eureka clients in person – however Eureka users really do span the length and breadth of the UK & Ireland, and with the majority of LCCS staff based in our Ireland Office this isn’t always possible. So – here’s a few snapshots you can use to put a “face to the name” and find out a bit more about some of the key LCCS personnel.

Nigel Bogle - Managing Director

Original developer of the Eureka software which began its life over 10 years ago – Nigel graduated in Computer Science from The Nottingham Trent University and has many years experience in software development, project management, and as a Director of several successful IT companies.

In addition to his company management role Nigel continues to be “hands on” with development of Eureka and is responsible for the overall software development strategy – and for the management of the development team.

Nigel lives in Co Fermanagh, Northern Ireland and is married to Catherine with a young son called William.

 

Iain Magee - Technical Director

A graduate of The University of Edinburgh in Electrical Engineering, Iain has worked in the IT industry for over 8 years as a Systems Engineer, Consultant & Software Developer. Iain is a member of the Institution of Engineering & Technology and is particularly interested in IT systems, networking and general technical gadgetry!

He spends most of his time dealing with servers, infrastructure, project management, deployment/integration of our Eureka solutions, and software development, along with general management of the technical and support teams.

 Iain also lives in Co Fermanagh, Northern Ireland and is married to Glenda with a (very!) young daughter called Erin.

 

Andrew Heywood - Financial Director / Eureka Consultant

Based in Derbyshire, England – Andrew provides the retail & financial expertise on our team. As he’s based on the UK Mainland Andrew is also the person you’re most likely to meet in person if you are based in England, Wales or Scotland.

As an Ex-Retail & Financial Manager, Andrew provides a seamless link between our technical “know-how” and software development skills and the real world requirements of modern business. Andrew is responsible for Finance & Accounts at LCCS and also spends a considerable amount of his time in a Consultancy role – helping businesses get the most out of their Eureka systems.

 Andrew lives in Buxton, Derbyshire, and is married to Jennifer.

 

Lee Kilfedder - Support Co-ordinator

Based in our Ireland Office, Lee studied Computer Science at The Queens University, Belfast and has considerable experience in the installation & support of all Eureka solutions.

Lee is a familiar "voice" on our Help Desk and is responsible for the coordination of support services, and for managing our internal support and analysis systems. We regularly analyse historical support incidents and feed back to the development team to help with the continual improvement of our software.

Lee lives in Co Fermanagh, Northern Ireland.
