Software Versions: DO I NEED AN UPDATE?
It is important that you try to keep as up to date as possible with the latest
versions of the Eureka packages being used within your business. This ensures
both that you have all the latest and most powerful features and that all relevant
bug fixes are in place.
We have a part to play here in helping with that and to that end we already employ
various means to alert you to the fact that there are new versions available.
We are adding to those a full list of 'CURRENT VERSION NUMBERS' which
will appear on the quarterly 'CARE PACK UPDATE' and which will be
readily available here also if you need t make reference to it.
"That's great... but what version do I have now?"
The way to check your CURRENT version number differs depending on which of our packages
you use. To make things easier we have provided links to VERY short video clips showing
exactly how you go about discovering YOUR CURRENT VERSION NUMBER.
