Stock control really is the 'Meat & Potatoes' (excuse the expression!) of the 'Retail Management' exercise.

Retailers typically invest a considerable amount of capital into the commodity known as... 'STOCK' and it's vital that you are able to manage it if your business is to remain profitable.

In the food sector it's the one thing though which needs daily attention and you're going to have to accept that you can't be in all places at all times...
